We are home to 20 private garden beds and 2 community plots in the heart of Downtown Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

Spring/Summer 2019: All plots have been assigned for the season! There is an approximately 2 year wait to obtain a plot private plot. To join our waiting list, please email Katie Cvitkovitch at [email protected].

Community plots: Plot #1 is available for community use during the 2019 season. It will be ready for planting in mid-June 2019. If you’re interested in gardening in community space, please email [email protected]

Please feel free to plant or take anything from these plots. If planting – be warned that people may help themselves to your crop!

The accessible raised garden bed closest to the park ave gates has been reserved for growing herbs and vegetables for volunteers and guests of the Community Oven. Feel free to grab a handful of fresh basil or spicy oregano for your pizza on your next trip to the park!
